Water Purification
|
Hydromatic specialise in the supply of drinking water
in difficult or hostile environments utilising reverse osmosis.
The company has been operating in Western Sahara, Morocco since
early 1999 where it has established a plant producing bottled water
and is about to open a second. The equipment and techniques utilised
by the company provides water to WHO & EEC standards from virtually
any source.
Equipment is available to meet all requirements from 300 litres
per day upwards. The company has also developed equipment that is
lightweight and fully portable to provide drinking water at very
short notice in disaster situations. The equipment is operated by
trained teams who are used to some of the harshest environments.
The service is aimed at aid agencies to enable them to provide a
reliable source of water in the early stages of a disaster.
The system is modular and the output of a single unit is sufficient
for between 200 and 300 people (based on SPHERE, 15 litres per day).
Output is affected by the quality of the source water, especially
turbidity, and the filtration system utilised.
Equipment can be operational within three hours and a single operative
can manage up to six units, on separate sites. The water is sterilised,
by UV, immediately prior to either the point of delivery or bulk
storage.
Innovative finance solutions can be provided to suit your needs.
Equipment is normally provided on a supply and operate basis only.
